Automatic updates
We keep it updated. All of it. Every day.
Out-of-date software is how WordPress sites get hacked. So we update everything, daily: WordPress core, plugins, themes — and the server's operating system underneath, which most "managed" hosts never mention.
Your SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically for every domain on your site. Security is engineered in: a web application firewall, brute-force login protection, and a locked-down server that only exposes what the internet actually needs.

We take daily backups of your files and your database, kept for up to 30 days. Do you handle SSL certificates?
Yes, automatically. We issue and renew SSL certificates for every domain you point at your site. Set your DNS, wait a few minutes, done.
Do I need to be technical?
No — but you do need a domain name. Sign up, make one DNS change (our panel tells you exactly what to change), and you'll be working in the normal WordPress admin. If you can use WordPress, you can use Woop! Host.
What does the trial include?
The full service — your own server, the complete stack — for 30 days. No credit card, no obligation. If it's not for you, walk away.
Can my web developer get access without my password?
Yes. Create a temporary admin account from the control panel. It has full WordPress, database, and SSH access, and automatically deletes itself after 24 hours.
What happens if my site breaks?
We keep daily backups of your files and database for up to 30 days. Restores are quick and easy — pick the date you want to go back to and your site is wound back to the nearest backup before it. No technical skills needed.

How do I get help?
